Stay in the middle

Middle way between preparing or being surprised

It seems to be a super hectic time for you. Many of you have just come across it all of a sudden. As you were taken unawareness by Corona, ver this is also 'a raid of something'. Many people are not surprised at all, but you are surprised. Many people were not surprised by Corona at all, but the majority of people were surprised by Corona. Many people are not at all surprised by climate change, but a very large part is completely surprised.

Dear people, 'knowing' can be a hindrance.  'Not knowing' or 'not wanting to know' can be an advantage, but then you will be surprised. That's the downside. Do you want to be surprised by whatever? Or do you want to prepared for something? Neither is advisable based on your personality. Stay in the middle. Don't try to take on the whole world, to take on all the problems.

Wars have always been there if you're honest. But often it was 'far, far away' and you could effortlessly put it aside. As it gets closer, it becomes a different story. Climate change has been around for a long time, but when you suddenly have to deal with floodings, it becomes a different story. Again, it can happen to you too. Are you surprised or are you prepared? Navigating in between remains a problem and is an attack on your 'enjoyment': "Life is enjoyment. There are no rules, anything goes. That's what we're going for. Preferably squared!" But freedom and happiness, while there are hard times, are also important.

What do you want to commit yourself to?

Try to keep all the balls in the air like a juggler, by not wanting to know, every now and then. Occasionally, you can compassionately experience pity and criticism about what is happening, and at another time do something really nice, while there is so much misery – that too is possible! Just go to sleep, just do your job, just enjoy yourself or start all kinds of compassionate ventures to help people. There are many possibilities. There have never been so many options. What do you want to commit yourself to? And how can you keep going for it? Then you must take very good care of yourself.

If you have resolved to help people, you will have to take good care of yourself in order to continue to help those people. If you have resolved to inspire people, you will have to take good care of yourself and ensure that you always remain inspired, otherwise, you will run out. If you want to pass on happiness, if you want to pass on joy, you have to make sure that you are regularly fed by joy, otherwise, you will run out. There are all kinds of aspects that need to be taken into account now.

  • What do you want?
  • Whom do you want to be for?
  • What price are you willing to pay?
  • What can you handle?
  • What do you leave to others?

What do you want to know? And why do you want to know?

Do you want to know everything? That often translates into 'knowing better'. Can you effortlessly rely on people who know better, without you having to know what they know? We mean this trust: get on an airplane because you are convinced that the pilot knows how to fly. That's trust. If you want to know it all and want to get involved, you can't just sit back and relax in the chair.

So, try to distinguish regularly:

  • What do you want to know?
  • And why do you want to know?
  • Does this knowing serve you?
  • Does this knowing serve others because you can pass it on?

Or is it an addiction not to enjoy – to enjoy life effortlessly – because you are so busy wanting to know everything and keeping track of everything you need to keep track of? Many people are overwhelmed wanting to know everything and keep up with all the hypes.

Bend as reed

Try to regularly distance yourself from what is too much in your life – whatever that 'too much' may be. If you really like good food, then occasionally eat very minimal food as a counterbalance. A very simple example. Then you become flexible, and you will know how to slow down, how to cut back when it comes to it.

And if you can, you can also increase. More and more often you will be able to do both, provided you let go of principles: to let go of every 'too much' – which could be a principle itself – and then again enjoy your principles. That way you can be more relaxed in life, bend as reed, remain calm and go with the flow when there's a little breeze, but make use of your root structure and stand firm when there's a storm. Navigate between the storms.

And if you're frank, very often it's storms from wanting to know and connecting with other people's storms. Stick with your own storms and connect with others' storms out of compassion from time to time – but don't overdo it.

What makes you happy? What gives you satisfaction? And when do you get proof you're powerful? Because it's also quite pleasant to gain self-esteem once in a while: "I matter". To stand your ground. And regularly dare to say at the same time: "No, I don't feel like it." These are aspects that are on today's agenda. Every 'too much' is zoomed in on. So try to stay in the middle.

If you find yourself feeling pulled down by something, if you find that something is making you restless, try calling yourself back and do something that relaxes you, do something opposite, not enlarged, but just minuscule to cut back the 'too much'. You won't be cutting back the 'too much' by another 'too much'. Keep that in mind! When you experience a 'too much', take it slow with a small countermovement, then you'll go with the flow, else you'll wind up in a yo-yo effect which is very harmful to your nerve system and to your whole body.

So, try to center yourself regularly, the zen and the inner peace. And zen is a light energy, not the exuberant cheerfulness, no. The nothing, the total nothing. If you have too much sadness, too much heaviness, go to the happiness, regularly. If you have only joy, try to develop a little compassion for something that is very bad. We recommend that to you.

Everything's blown up, by the media, by mankind, by all hypes, and by all social media. Know you're being used. Know you're being manipulated. Know you're being brainwashed. Enjoy it if it serves you, but disconnect regularly and go to the center, go to the opposite.

This is what we want to recommend to you all and let the rest mature, because just maybe it will turn out very differently than everyone suspects. Let go of wanting to know it precisely.

We wish you a very dear surprisingly intense time.
